Last June, Fondazione Guido Bernardini, the Department of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Sciences of University of Milan and I.R.C.S.S. Ospedale San Raffaele organized two practical workshops on ZEBRAFISH AND XENOPUS at the San Raffaele Hospital Scientific Institute in Milan.
Both workshops, accredited by the Italian Ministry of Health, were carried out exclusively with the use of mannequins and multimedia supports, guaranteeing participants the possibility of performing practical techniques without the use of live animals as well as the exchange of information and experiences.
From 2023, FGB is involved in delivering practical workshops using innovative techniques that prioritize animal welfare. This commitment is part of our ongoing efforts to promote humane and responsible use of animals in science.
A Big Thank You to the participants, the University of Milan, Zebrafish/Xenopus HSR team and all speakers and tutors!
