Law Decree n. 196 of June 30th 2003 aims at ensuring that your personal data be used in observance of everybody's rights, fundamental liberties and dignity, with special emphasis on privacy and personal identity. We inform you that in compliance with the Art. 13 of the Italian Privacy Law regulating the treatment of data of persons and other subjects, the information you communicated for the activities of Fondazione Guido Bernardini might be used for the purposes of the event. Treatment of the data concerned consists of their collection, registration, organisation, archiving, processing, modification, selection, retrieval, comparison, use, interconnection, grouping, communication, circulation, cancellation and destruction, and whatever may be useful for the performance of the services connected with the event, including the combination of two or more of the above-mentioned procedures. Your personal data will only be used with your authorisation, for the goals, organisation and realisation of the event, for statistical purposes and in order to send you communications concerning the activities of the Fondazione Guido Bernardini. Your personal data for the above-mentioned purposes will be registered manually (e.g. on paper) and/or electronically (e.g. using computerised methods) always in full respect of privacy and security rules specified by current law. The legal representative of Fondazione Guido Bernardini is the person in charge of handling the personal data that are treated by employees and/or professionals empowered to do so by the representative, and who carry out this task under the representative’s supervision and responsibility. Conferral of permission by the user to treat his/her personal data is optional; however, if you do not communicate them you will be unable to participate in the event. All or part of the data for the above-mentioned purposes may be communicated to : a) third parties who carry out activities connected with or instrumental to the organisation and realisation of the event; b) individuals authorised to access the data as per current regulations or in compliance with public authorities’ requests. A list with the names of the above-mentioned individuals is available at Fondazione Guido Bernardini. In compliance with Art. 7 of the Privacy Code, indicated here below, you are entitled to ask to consult, modify and cancel your data or to refuse to provide your personal information, or anyway to exercise your rights by applying to Fondazione Guido Bernardini, Via Caldera, 21 – 20135 Milano Italy, e-mail: secretary@fondazioneguidobernardini.org Art. 7 Right of access to personal data and other rights 1. The individual has the right to receive confirmation of the existence or not of personal data of which he/she is subject, even if not yet registered, and communication of the same in intelligible form. 2. The individual has the right to receive indication: a. of the origin of personal data; b. of the purposes for and conditions in which said data are to be treated; c. of the logic applied in the case of treatment performed with the assistance of electronic methods; d. of the identity of the controller, the processors and the representative appointed under the terms of article 5, subsection 2; e. of the subjects and subject categories to which personal data may be communicated or which may receive such information while acting as national territory representatives, processors or appointees. 3. The individual has the right to: a. update, modify or, if so desired, integrate the data; b. cancel, transform into anonymous format or block data treated in violation of the law, including those which do not have to be preserved in relation to the purposes for which said data were collected or subsequently treated; c. receive confirmation that procedures under letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also in relation to their content, to those bodies or persons to whom said data have been communicated or transmitted, except in the case in which such communication proves impossible or involves means manifestly disproportionate with respect to the right protected. 4. The individual has the right, wholly or in part: a. when his/her reasons are legitimate, to oppose to the treatment of data of which he/she is subject, even if pertinent to the purposes of the data collection; b. to oppose to the treatment of data of which he/she is subject for the purposes of issuing advertising or direct sales material or for market research or commercial communications.
