Foundation

The Guido Bernardini Foundation sets out to promote biomedical research by focusing, in particular, on training for the development of professionals. Conscious of the essential role played by animal research in the progress of medical science to create effective treatment and cures for both humans and animals, the GBF, through its mission, intends to support humane and responsible animal research.

An acute awareness of the importance of Training & Education has prompted us to offer a wide range of initiatives, including specialist courses and international symposia, on a not-for-profit basis, to all those involved in the laboratory animal field.

To respond quickly to new developments and offer the latest multidisciplinary know-how and experience we aim to be a flexible and independent organization capable spanning across all emerging areas to provide high-level training.

Our Scientific Committee ensures the scientific excellence of our programs and can help you to identify your needs and design the best training solutions. Our Trainers, people with long experience in laboratory animal science, provide comprehensive knowledge on a variety of topics, modulating the program through constant interaction with the participants. Our strength lies in the ability to provide a range of educational programs, highly experienced Trainers and an up-to-date course syllabus.
