SCIENTIFIC COMMITTEE

Statute Art. 14

 

The Board of Trustees has the authority to set up a Scientific Board made up of a maximum of seven members, to remain in office for a period of maximum 2 years and with the purpose of achieving the Fondazione's mission. The Scientific Board is to carry out the following activities:

  • setting down the guidelines of the Fondazione
  • fostering relations with associations and organizations working in the field of science, bio-medical and pre-clinical research
  • outlining the contents of training programmes and scientific events
  • elaborating research programmes
  • on occasion, contributing directly to the delivery of the aforesaid scientific events.

Terms and methods of calling Scientific Board meetings, as well as rules on the running of such meetings shall be governed by the relevant regulations approved by the administrative body.
